I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a beautiful village nestled in a vast valley. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and kindness from the staff, who made me feel like an old friend. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, with comfortable rooms boasting balconies that offered breathtaking views of the valley. The room was well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed, including a TV for entertainment. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. One aspect that stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to showcasing the real cuisine of the region, using fresh and organic ingredients straight from their own garden. It was a delight to be able to pick my own vegetables and herbs and taste the authentic flavors of the historic Maramures.

The hotel offers an authentic experience of the region’s lifestyle. The hospitality of the staff is unmatched, making us feel at home. , the delicious food served at the hotel was top-notch, and it felt like we were tasting the region's traditional dishes. the hotel's location near historic landmarks and villages made it easy to explore the region and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The lack of facilities such as a spa, restaurant, and bar might be an issue for some guests expecting such amenities. the town is a quiet place with few entertainment options, so it may not be the ideal location for those looking for a lively atmosphere.

The food was amazing and abundant. We enjoyed typical Romanian dishes, and also had plenty of snacks and drinks throughout our stay. the location was great, we were able to explore the countryside and appreciate the view of the beautiful mountains. We also loved the fact that we were able to go for a walk along the river and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
We visited during Easter, and we were hoping to participate in some special activities or events that would make our experience unique. Unfortunately, there was no Easter celebration happening at the hotel, and we were left with no options to really enjoy the occasion.

The location of this pension is unbeatable , situated close to the Mara river, it is equally convenient to all the best tourist hotspots in Eastern Maramures County. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, so you won't have any difficulty in relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the breakfast menu is diverse and well, made, and the home, cooked food is a bonus. the large yard for badminton and Frisbee is an added advantage.
Although there were no glaring negatives, the hotel could benefit from more facilities to entertain guests for a longer stay.
